Common questions

Answers without the fine-print fog.

Can a company browse or directly contact participants?

No. Companies define qualification criteria, while TaskQA selects and manages participants using privacy-safe profiles. Direct contact is not part of the standard workflow.

Are all participants professional testers?

No. A cycle may use QA professionals, real users selected for relevant experience, or a deliberate mix of both.

How are findings checked?

A TaskQA reviewer checks relevance, evidence, reproducibility and clarity. Items can be returned for clarification before they are shared as validated findings.

Who approves rewards?

TaskQA approves reward eligibility under the agreed rules. Client input may inform review, but a client cannot silently alter a participant balance.

How is confidential material protected?

Projects can require versioned agreements before protected instructions or evidence become available. Access is limited by role and operational need.

Can TaskQA guarantee every defect will be found?

No testing method can prove the absence of defects. TaskQA documents the selected scope, environments, results and meaningful coverage gaps.
